Mr. Joel Williamson serves as an Senior Vice President of Operations at Website Pros, Inc., and serves as its Senior Vice President of Customer Support. Mr. Williamson served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Website Pros, Inc. Mr. Williamson served as Vice President of Operations of Website Pros since February 2002. From August 1999 to May 2000, Mr. Williamson was vice president of production at ATS, which was acquired by Website Pros in August 1999. Before joining ATS, Mr. Williamson held National and District Management positions at&T responsible for its largest corporate clients. Prior to AT&T, he served in sales management, operations, training, and product management positions with BellSouth. From May 2000 to February 2002, Mr. Williamson was president of Delta Training and Education, a technology training company. Mr. Williamson has an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, and a an MBA from Emory University. He has also completed executive education programs at MIT, Georgia Tech, and The Wharton School of Business.

Ms. Roseann Duran has been the Chief People Officer of Web.com Group, Inc. (formerly, Website Pros, Inc.) since August 2010 and as its Executive Vice President since October 27, 2011. Ms. Duran served as Chief Marketing Officer at Web.com Group, Inc. since march 2002 until August 2010. She served as Senior Vice President of Marketing of Web.com Group, Inc., since March 2002. From January 2001 to March 2002, Ms. Duran Founded Odyssey, Inc. and served as its Managing Partner. Prior to Odyssey, she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Barnett Banks, Inc., and was responsible for its strategic brand management, advertising, communications, product marketing and direct-response initiatives for the retail, small business, corporate and international segments. Ms. Duran served as Executive Vice President and Branch Administration for Barnett Bank of Atlanta. From August 2000 to January 2001, she served as Vice President of e-dr.com, a business-to-business Internet company for eye care practitioners. Prior to August 2000, Ms. Duran served as an Independent Marketing Consultant. Ms. Duran holds a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Florida and has completed executive education programs at Rutgers University.

Mr. Kevin M. Carney has been the Chief Financial Officer of Web.com Group, Inc. (formerly Website Pros. Inc.) since January 2002 and has been its Executive Vice President since October 27, 2011. Mr. Carney served as Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance and Secretary at Web.com Group, Inc. Mr. Carney served as the Chief Financial Officer of Atlantic Teleservices since June 1998 until its acquisition by Website Pros. in August 1999. Prior to ATS, Mr. Carney served as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Manor Care, Inc. Mr. Carney served as Chief Financial Officer of Carlyle International and Director of Finance of The Carlyle Group. Prior to joining The Carlyle Group, he spent 3 years at Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Carney is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Boston College.

Ms. Jane L. Landon has been Chief Technology Officer at Web.com Group, Inc since November 2010. Ms. Landon served as Deputy Commissioner and Chief Investment Officer at the New York City Department of Finance. As the Chief Investment Officer, she is responsible for supporting the Agency's 20 Divisions and the systems required to collect the city's annual revenues. She serves as a Special Advisor at Grove Capital Partners, LLC, Investment Arm. Through January 2007, she served as General Manager and Chief Investment Officer at Microsoft's World Wide Public Sector, where she was responsible for process and technology supporting that business segment which included all defense and government accounts here in the United States and abroad. Prior to this position, she served as the Microsoft General Manager of .Net Market Development. Ms. Landon and her team were responsible for developing .Net's market presence, in the Fortune 100 and Global 100 enterprise customer market place. She also worked closely with the venture capital industry and a portfolio of privately held companies and Microsoft Joint Development partners. Prior to joining Microsoft, Ms. Landon was with Prudential Financial, where she served as the Chief Investment Officer for the Prudential Institutional Division and was responsible for all systems and technology that supported the six businesses in the division. During her ten years at Prudential, she also held several key technology positions, including the Vice President of new application development for the Retail Insurance Division. Ms. Landon has also held key technology positions at Bankers Trust Company and Chase Manhattan Bank, NA. She holds a BA in Business Administration from SUNY-Fredonia.
