Mr. Thomas P. Minichiello, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Westell Technologies, Inc. since July 12, 2013 and has been its Treasurer & Secretary since September 2013. Mr. Minichiello has been the Principal Accounting Officer of Westell Technologies, Inc. since June 24, 2016. He is responsible for all aspects of finance, as well as information technology, human resources, legal and quality for Westell. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Tellabs Inc. from 2007 to July 12, 2013 and its Acting Chief Financial Officer from May 20, 2013 to July 12, 2013. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Tellabs Inc. from December 2011 to April 2012. He held the positions of Vice President of Finance for Global Sales and Service, Vice President of Finance for North America, Director of Finance for Tellabs' global product divisions and North American sales and marketing functions as Controller for its optical networking products group from March 2001 to July, 2013. He joined Tellabs in 2001. Prior to joining Tellabs, Mr. Minichiello served in various financial leadership roles at Andrew Corporation. He also held a variety of financial management positions at Phelps Dodge Corporation, Otis Elevator and United Technologies. He began his career in the finance organization at Sterling Drug. He has been a Director of Sports Field Holdings, Inc. since May 15, 2017. Mr. Minichiello serves on the Governing Body for the Evanta Chicago CFO Executive Summit. He was a Panelist for the 2016 Finance Transformation Summit in Dallas and previously was an Advisory Board Member for Back on My Feet Chicago and a Board Member for the Tellabs Foundation. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Operations Management from DePaul University, a Master of Science in Accounting from University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University. Mr. Minichiello is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Oscar Hernandez serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Outside Plant at Westell Technologies, Inc. He held BS degree in Electrical engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Ms degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and MBA from DePaul University.
