Mr. Michael Patrick Donovan, also known as Mike, served as the Chief Executive Officer of DHX Media Ltd. at Wild Brain Entertainment Inc. Mr. Donovan served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development of Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc. (alternate name Healthextras Inc) since June 23, 2006. He provides support on business development opportunities. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc., from March 23, 2007 to June 30, 2008 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer until June 23, 2006. Mr. Donovan served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc., from April 1999 to June 23, 2006. He focused on acquisitions, strategic business relationships, and product development of Healthextras Inc. Mr. Donovan joined Catalyst Health Solutions in April 1999. He was engaged in a variety of technology and business development activities for Health Extras from 1998 to 1999. He served as Senior Vice President of Business and Technology Development of PHP Healthcare Corporation From 1992 to 1997. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Direct Health Inc From 1989 to 1992. He co-founded Salter Street Films. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Manager of KPMG, LLP and KPMG Peat Marwick, where he was responsible for a variety of technology and health care clients. He serves as a Executive Chairman of DHX Media Ltd. He served as a Director of Salter Street Films. He is a Member of the board of NSCAD. He is a Non-Practicing Member of the Barristers Society of Nova Scotia. He was a Member of the board of the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television. Mr. Donovan holds a BA in 1974, an LLB in 1977 and an LLD (Hon) in 2004 from Dalhousie University.
