Mr. Joseph Debold, also known as Joe, founded Integrated Software Solutions and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Debold has been a Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Microlab/FXR since March 2011. He has been Executive Officer at Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. since December 1, 2017. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. since March 22, 2011 until December 1, 2017. He joined Wireless Telecom Group Inc. in April 2010. He served as a Vice President of Business Development and Sales of EXTOL International, Inc. from 2009 to 2010. He joined EXTOL in 2009 and has over 25 years of executive management experience in the software and technology industry. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Camelot, Inc. until 2009. Prior to founding Camelot in 2003, he served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Channels at Relavis Corporation, a CRM software firm based in New York City. He also served as a Vice President of Sales at Webspective/Yahoo and Worldtalk/Tumbleweed. He served as Director of Sales at Candle Corporation. He co-founded The Partners Group. Mr. Debold earned a BA from Manhattan College in 1977 and an MBA from the Fordham University in 1981.

Mr. Daniel Monopoli, also known as Dan, has been Chief Technology Officer of Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. since June 30, 2017. Mr. Monopoli is responsible for product development, product management and marketing across the Wireless Telecom Group segments. He will lead and innovate the go-to-market strategy, R&D process and product roadmap while driving activities in line with a commitment to engineering quality, performance excellence and product innovation. He served as General Manager of Test & Measurement at Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. from September 28, 2015 to June 30, 2017. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Teledyne LeCroy, Inc., where he was instrumental in the recent introduction of high resolutions Oscilloscopes. He has 15 years of experience in the Test & Measurement industry. Throughout his career, he demonstrated leadership in the areas of executive management, strategic product development, marketing and technical sales. He has experience in new product development and strategic product. He holds an M.B.A from Columbia University, a Master of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BSEE from Binghamton University.

Mr. Christian Newton has been Vice President of Sales for Network Solutions at Wireless Telecom Group Inc. since June 02, 2016. Mr. Newton has almost 30 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Wireless Infrastructure industries. In his career, Christian has demonstrated a proven track record of strategic sales, business and revenue growth. He served as Vice President of Sales Connectivity/Network Solutions for TE Connectivity where he was instrumental in establishing and expanding successful carrier relationships. He holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Michael Kandell has been Chief Financial Officer at Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. since January 2, 2017 and also serves as its Secretary. Mr. Kandell served as Senior Director of Accounting at Avaya, Inc. He has terrific experience in finance, accounting, technology and manufacturing companies serving both multinational and national market segments. He has an extensive background in financial planning and analysis, finance and accounting, SEC filings, investor relations support and strategic M&A. Mr. Kandell has more than 18 years of financial management experience. He held various positions of increasing responsibility in finance at Avaya. Prior to Avaya, Mr. Kandell worked at Precision Partners, Inc. for 3 years and at Ernst & Young LLP in New Jersey for 7 years. Mr. Kandell is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from College of New Jersey.

Phil Delp serves as the Vice President of Wireless Telecom Group (Boonton, Microlab & Noisecom). Phil started at Wireless Telecom Group (Boonton, Microlab & Noisecom) in October of 2016. Phil currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
