Make HR do their job and investigate the leaders in PH
New here and I've already seen enough red flags. Now doing my 30-day-notice.
LEADERS NEED REHAB! I cannot comprehend how these leaders (in PH) were promoted!
the incentive scheme - payout commensurate to the efforts that one puts in
Multicultural, motivated hardworking people, passionate about their job
Overall the work was fun but the management at the end was very bad. They were promoted because they were friends of friends. Never felt valued or encouraged.
