I enjoy the arrangement and flexibility provided, but we need to make more progress on control environment.
Was only with my company 2 weeks when it merged with this company thru acquisition. Being new + the merger, I feel like a misfit. Still using old company's policies/procedures for duration of project. I was surprised at how manual and cumbersome the process is for relaying info and record keeping
Over all the job has been a very good one.
Flexibility to do the right thing
Horrendous management, no expertise, no training, no career development and worse than anything zero employee culture.
