Mr. Mark Staton has been Chief Executive Officer, President and Director at Xerium Technologies, Inc. since April 28, 2017. Mr. Staton serves as the President of Huhtamaki Consumer Packaging-West, Inc. and Huhtamaki Foodservice, Inc. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Huhtamaki Holding, Inc. and Huhtamaki Plastics, Inc. He joined APT as an industry veteran with over 20 years of international food packaging experience, including past responsibilities in marketing, strategic planning, finance and operations. He served as the President of Huhtamaki Consumer Packaging, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Associated Packaging Technologies, Inc. since June 21, 2004 and also served as its President. He served as an Executive Vice President of Americas at Huhtamaki Oyj since 2000. For the past 15 years, Mr. Staton was with Huhtamaki Group and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Huhtamaki Americas. He was responsible for consumer, retail and foodservice packaging systems in North America and South America. Previously, he was based in the UK and served as Managing Director of Polarcup Ltd., where he managed global market development of core business segments. For both Huhtamaki and for Polarcup, he accomplished significant growth, along with improved profitability through strategic market development, cost controls and acquisitions. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Directors. He has been Director at Xerium Technologies, Inc. since April 28, 2017. Mr. Staton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the University of Western England.

Mr. David Pretty, also known as Dave, has been the President of Xerium Europe at Xerium Technologies Inc. since April 2013 and as its President of Xerium North America since February 2008. Mr. Pretty has been the President of Europe PMC at Xerium Technologies Inc. since February 2010. He served as President--Weavexx, Xerium Technologies Inc.'s North American clothing operation, from December 2005 to February 2008. From November 2004 to December 2005 he was the Senior Vice President--Sales, Marketing, Technology and Operations for Weavexx. From August 2003 to November 2004, he was the Senior Vice President--Sales, Marketing and Technology for Weavexx. From August 2000 to August 2003, he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Weavexx.

Shannon Beach serves as the Vice President of Tax of Xerium Technologies. Shannon started at Xerium Technologies in October of 2014. Shannon currently resides in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area.

Bill Butterfield serves as the EVP and CTO of Xerium Technologies. Bill started at Xerium Technologies in April of 2013. Bill currently resides in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.
