Mr. John Payne IV, has been the President of IMT Division at xG Technology, Inc. since January 29, 2016. Mr. Payne served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer of IMT from February 2012 to January 2016. From August 2010 to March 2012, he served as the Vice President of Technology of IMT, a Vitec Group company. From 1996 through August 2010, he worked for Nucomm, Inc. in various positions, including as Vice President of Engineering. He holds several patents in the area of wireless communications and is considered an industry expert in the wireless video communication industry related to broadcast television and military and civil manned and unmanned systems. Mr. Payne holds Master of Science in communication systems from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Mr. Benjamin H. Dickens, Jr., also known as Ben, serves as General Counsel of MB Technology Holdings, LLC. Mr. Dickens serves as the General Counsel of xG Technology, Inc. Mr. Dickens is a Partner of the oldest U.S. firm devoted exclusively to telecommunications practice, Blooston, Mordkofsky, Jackson and Dickens, Washington, D.C. ( Blooston, Mordkofsky, Dickens, Duffy & Prendergast, LLP). Mr. Dickens has more than six years of experience before the Florida Public Service Commission from 1978 to 1984, where he helped shape state regulatory policy in the wake of deregulation. An international and national lecturer and author on the subject of telecommunications deregulation. In his more than twenty-four (24) years as a practicing attorney, he represented clients before the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the FCC, where he was involved with the breakup of the Bell System and the resulting federal access charge structure. Mr. Dickens served as a Director of Rdc International Inc. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at xG Technology Inc. Mr. Dickens received his undergraduate degree from Mercer University and his law degree from Florida State University School of Law.

Mr. Roger Glenn Branton has been the Chief Financial Officer of xG Technology, Inc. since August 26, 2002 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Branton served as a Secretary of xG Technology, Inc. and served as its Chief Operating Officer until June 29, 2010. Prior to xG Technology, he co-founded Mooers Branton & Company and MB Merchant Group, Inc. Before that, he was with Dominion Group Limited. His work at Dominion Group Limited included, acted as interim chief financial officer for several companies within its investment portfolio. He trained as a Certified Public Accountant and worked for Horty & Horty in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. He took an operational role in the companies managed by Mooers Branton & Company and his merchant banking work has given him a wide range of international experience including experience in restructurings, turnarounds and mergers and acquisitions. He serves as a Director at MB Technology Holdings, LLC. He served as Director at xG Technology Inc., until July 19, 2013. In 1989, Mr. Branton graduated from West Chester University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

Mr. John Carlton Coleman has been President of Federal & Expeditionary Business Division at xG Technology, Inc. since February 2015. Mr. Coleman served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at xG Technology, Inc. since June 29, 2010 until February 17, 2015. Mr. Coleman served as a Consultant at xG Technology, Inc. since March 2010. Mr. Coleman has over 34 years combined experience in expeditionary operations from both government service and the private sector. In his final years as a U.S. Marine, he posted as the Chief of Staff, 1st Marines Expeditionary Force for the first two years of Operation Iraqi Freedom, supervising the largest field headquarters ever assembled in wartime by the Marines. Following government service, he joined Hunter Defense Technologies and served for two and a half years as Vice President of Business Development. At Hunter, he pioneered an entirely new business sector specializing in the development and delivery of expeditionary command and control infrastructure for civil first responders and the Department of Defense. Mr. Coleman established Joint Command and Control Consulting (JC3). JC3 provided consulting services focused on the development, integration and delivery of mature and emerging technologies in support of expeditionary operations, particularly as related to command, control and communications. He has been Director of xG Technology, Inc. since January 19, 2011. Mr. Coleman served as an Executive Director of xG Technology, Inc since January 19, 2011 until February 17, 2015. He served as a Member of the Advisory Board of xG Technology, Inc. since June 29, 2010.

Brian Lasagna serves as the Vice President, Business Development of xG Technology, Inc.. Brian started at xG Technology, Inc. in August of 2014. Brian currently resides in Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

John Payne serves as the Chief Operating Officer of xG Technology, Inc.. John started at xG Technology, Inc. in July of 2018. John currently resides in Greater New York City Area.
