Mr. William Wulftange, P.Geo., also known as Butch, has been Senior Vice President of Exploration at Yamana Gold, Inc. (formerly known as Yamana Resources Inc.) since January 2014. Mr. Wulftange served as Senior Vice President of Resource, Reserves & Technical Compliance at Yamana Gold, Inc. He served as Vice President of Resources & Reserves and Technical Compliance at Yamana Gold, Inc. since July 2013 until January 2014. He served as Vice President of Exploration at Andean Resources Ltd. since January 1, 2010. Mr. Wulftange has 27 years of gold industry experience. He made significant contributions to the exploration and discovery of several producing operations, including two world class deposits: the Paradise Peak gold mine in Nevada and the El Pe??????n mine in northern Chile. Mr. Wulftange served as the Director of Technical Compliance for Yamana Gold and was the Manager of Business Development for Meridian Gold before its acquisition by Yamana Gold in 2007. Mr. Wulftange graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from the University of Colorado in 1982, is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, a Registered Member of the Society of Mining Engineers and a Licensed Professional Geologist.

Mr. Jason LeBlanc has been the Chief Financial Officer of Yamana Gold, Inc. since February 2017 and has been its Senior Vice President of Finance since February 18, 2016. Mr. LeBlanc served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Yamana Gold, Inc. He has over 13 years of research-based and financial experience in the mining industry. He has been with Yamana Gold since January 2006. he served as a Mining Analyst, covering the base metal and bulk commodities industries with Dominion Bond Rating Service. He served as a Director of Brio Gold, Inc. since August 2016 until November 18, 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor and also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
