New ideas are well received but discarded when it comes time to actually implement. Boss doesn't fully understand what I do. Pay is significantly lower than market mainly because Job doesn't match initial job description.

Everything changes so fast that it's really challenging to actually complete projects and tasks. C-Level communicates that nearly all projects are a priority which makes actually prioritizing very difficult. With all of this, it often feels like I'm not getting anything done.
