What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great compensation and benefits, I feel valued
lots of stock options and big pay raises in line with promos

They are very creative and collaborative in coming up with solutions and are also always willing to look back at previous solutions and try to improve them for the internal groups we serve.
a real focus on stuff that matters, product, sales playbooks, and sales activity reporting is kept to a minimum

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is great, amazing energy and attitude

the full transparency of leadership teams
The way we support each other. The emotional wellness month this year was incredible. Weekly stories shared at our Friday lunches of peoples success and people being open and vulnerable about their struggles. Tears of joy have happened more than once.
