Missão

We are committed to providing quality service to tenants , at headquarters, in our offices and in the residences, thanks to the professionalism and dedication of our 900 employees, including the front line, on-the-ground, direct contact of tenants. Our new Ambitions 2020 corporate project , voted unanimously by our Board of Directors, aims to restructure our Office for the benefit of employees and tenants

Visão

My ambition is that we build on average 450 to 500 new homes per year to accommodate more tenants, and that we rehabilitate priority our 46 residences and cities classified energy-hungry for tenants of these apartments live in better conditions by achieving savings on their heating bill
