Team goals are ruled by the majority of the members. Many teams are diverse, so they are more balanced and impartial. If there are imbalances, they are usually addressed by upper management.

If any type of negative issues arise, they are dealt with directly. So far, nothing has been "swept under the rug." Upper management listens and then attempts to deal with issues directly and fairly.

So far, I have never been lied to. Questions are answered directly and within a reasonable amount of time. If someone does not know an answer, they seek an accurate response. Employees are treated with respect.
