Accredo Health – Customer service! It took 3 hours to get an order placed. I was told my insurance required a signature. It does not! I called them. The last person I spoke with at accredo said they fixed it. The medicine was not delivered today because "SIGNATURE REQUIRED". Looking for a new pharmacy!

Everyone I've spoken to has been nice and understanding. The interviewer, recruiter, manager, and trainer have been fantastic. My manager always responds quickly and efficiently. I am a new hire but so far so good! Hope it stays this way.
