I do feel undervalued. As a person that has been with the company for several years and moved up into the position I am in now, I was low-balled while still making it seem like a good offer as it was more than I was making before.
All service from customer service to shipping. .
They can do their actual job and refill approved medicatjons on time.
Customer service. Competency. If having issues, being allowed to speak to an actual person who can fix the problem.
absolutly awful customer service, they will send you an email saying medicationshipped then call and say it wasnt even started. Have to jump through hoops to get life saving medication.
