Deliver product on time without multiple complications
Listen better and stop giving false shipping info. Spend too much time on phone chasing my medication and listening to constant lies regarding shipments. Would like to get meds from another supplier as not happy with service from Accredo!!
There's a SERIOUS lack of Communication happening across the company and all the tech used seems useless in regard to providing competent customer service and processing or orders.
