My overall experience was good except there were lot of ups and downs with the company's vision and use of technology team. Things are not clear on what the executive management needs are at the ground level. We pick up and run with everything that was asked of us.

Interview process was great - both analytical and technical ability were tested. Very reasonable interview structure.

Everyone tries to lead in their own way. No strategies on products. It keeps changing and no defined input from executives.

I dont know. Executive management needs to put their foot down and drive the products. Creating and trashing products is not going to help the company in long run.

Technology team's strategy and vision keeps changing. It is really hard to keep up with these on going vision changes. Because of this lot of employees are laid off as they do not have a sustainable model/strategy.
