What do you like best about the leadership team?
Technology team's strategy and vision keeps changing. It is really hard to keep up with these on going vision changes. Because of this lot of employees are laid off as they do not have a sustainable model/strategy.
My up line works for me. They want us to succeed

Communicating better with the staff

Altisource pays good compensation in par with the market and offers growth within the organization.

benefits are ridiculously expensive for a large company
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all in same bucket for once in my life working with people that want to work and are devoted to the team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone tries to lead in their own way. No strategies on products. It keeps changing and no defined input from executives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people are good collaborators and offers help. We treat everyone as the same.
We are all working together yet independently. I can count on my teammates to help me if I need them. And they know they can count on me
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Give salary to the software engineers, they're being exploited
better communication between managers and staff; consistency when a message is delivered.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was great - both analytical and technical ability were tested. Very reasonable interview structure.
They listened to my answers, asked open ended questions.

Having a job and salary for something I love doing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I dont know. Executive management needs to put their foot down and drive the products. Creating and trashing products is not going to help the company in long run.
