Technology team's strategy and vision keeps changing. It is really hard to keep up with these on going vision changes. Because of this lot of employees are laid off as they do not have a sustainable model/strategy.

Having a job and salary for something I love doing.
I dont know. Executive management needs to put their foot down and drive the products. Creating and trashing products is not going to help the company in long run.
