Benefits are good, but the overall compensation package is lower than industry standards. Not a lot of growth within the company, and no chances of a raise. Raises only happen if you are bumped up in a new position. Major disconnect between brands within the company.
No raises unless moved up in title, little to no growth, below indistry average pay, outdated systems and outdated structure of business.
