If you’re feeling lost or isolated, ask for help from your team members, join an ERG, etc. everyone was where you are at one point. We understand.
Ask for a mentor to show you around, introduce you to people, etc.

People who are motivated to do well and don't have experience in traditional sales roles. They want to you believe that this is the best paying job you will ever have.

The most innovative company I have ever experienced. Truly, they have tons of tech gurus and few lending veterans, so things seemed impossible by lending "experts" were never seen an anything more than a a challenging opportunity. It shows in everything they've created, what they are currenting inventing, and their massive potential.
What makes you the most proud about working at Better?
Better is doing what everyone else says they will do but end up compromising later - they are fixing the broken Home Ownership model.
