Senior management is as clueless as ever
Supportive, receptive to ideas and suggestions
Didn't like the higher management but my internal team was awesome. We had unity, we worked as a team, helped each other grow.
Not very qualified It seems all about who knows and likes you
The authenticity, motivation and goodheartedness of our leadership team are commendable and greatly appreciated! ?
They need to be replaced. They have ran this company into the ground
Understanding the market and not making rash decisions
Growing in a way that sustainable and carrying about employees
Transparency and better business decisions. The switch to SPOC was once of the worst company decisions we made.
Review from Sales Dept
Transparency, honesty, and caring for anyone else besides themselves.
Health care offered was great
Cash is high for market
Good pay per hour. Good benefits as well
It was all in all great.
health benefits are amazing, affordable and easy to use
They lowered salaries, bonus, and removed benefits to turn a profit. Employees can't live like this. C-suite is getting paid mass bonuses while cutting jobs and pay of others.
Stop changing the way we are compensated for incentives. Stop changing the incentive structure every month and then changing the targets midmonth.
Review from Sales Dept
They continuously roll out new pay/bonus and then less than a week before the month ends, they change how they will pay these incentives out and continuously screw employees out of our hard earned pay.
Base compensation is fair but the commission structure is constantly changing and taking away pay from the employees every single month. The team that handles the pay don't even know how to calculate incentives.
Change in bonus structure and them doing everything to try to fix budget except adjust their own salary.
Everyone was on board to grow with the company and exceed expectations.
My team was motivated to hit targets even though there was no guarantee that leadership wouldn't trash the incentive structure and roll out a new comp structure that they could not explain or have answers to.
Review from Sales Dept
There are the koolaid drinking employees that refuse to acknowledge the BS the company pulls but for the 80% of the people that work here - they are here to help customers and enhance our teams.
Unity, team work, culture, discipline
The people I directly work with are great and eager to hit targets
Coworkers that are left are miserable after being dragged through mud for the last 2 years.
Toxic work environment with no trust
Coworkerd wete unengaged and seened unmotivated
Dont yell. Be empathetic and actually care about customers.
we could work together better by having teams communicate more.
Review from Sales Dept
If your a parents then it great i guess
Some of the people who genuinely want to help people, regardless if its customers or employees are great.
Review from Sales Dept
Why ask about the positive when the negative outweighs any positive this company has to offer? Your work is not appreciated here and they will let you know that by directly messing with your compensation.
The fake inclusive social programs make you feel like the company many cares
Our work culture revolves around building each other up!
Sell the company and remove the c-suite
Upper management should be changed so that they do not plan out sudden lay offs in future.
Stop putting unqualified people in roles in senior leadership.
The executive does not communicate well.
Leadership clique needs to be replaced.
Once you actually got an interview, the process is quick.
Review from Sales Dept
Friendliness shown by the interviewers.
I wasn't asked any technical questions
I am glad that I made authentic connections in the interview process!
I got to speak with three different leaders and ask several questions to understand the position and the company
They shouldn't hire anyone while laying off hubdred.
The needed an onboarding team
First time I applied, they reached out 2 months later. 2nd time I applied, they responded within a day
We already are very good about prioritizing communication to candidates once they come onsite, however there's always room for error. For instance, I didn't hear anything from anyone for 4 weeks after my second stage. Glad I followed up 4 times. Haha!
Review from HR Dept
I enjoy interacting with my team.
I am proud to work at a good company!
Interaction with others while being challenged
I get to work from home
Helping others progress in their careers
Remove the CEO. He has tarnished the company name. People make fun of it and call it worse. I wish they were wrong.
Just look at the news and listen to your freaking employees
Transparency. Treat your people right and they will work hard for you.
Senior management needs to be changed and more qualified and experienced people should be recruited.
C-suite and senior leadership need more transparency.
Everything - I hope I can stay here for a long time
Future possibility! First company to see our industry's ills, and commit to solving them for the absolute right reason. Building a product for the consumer is exactly why they have broken all industry standards. In fact, it is stale industry standards that opened the window for Better.com!
Review from Operations Dept
The impact we make with providing a positive customer experience.
Review from Legal Dept
The ability to work remotely
Review from Legal Dept
Improved processes/efficiencies - which isn't uncommon at startups - I don't view it as a negative
Onboarding with emphasis towards inclusion. Meet and greets attended by Exec/Sr leadership. Mentoring program for all new employees based upon role, knowledge, and savvy.
