What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If your a parents then it great i guess
Some of the people who genuinely want to help people, regardless if its customers or employees are great.

Why ask about the positive when the negative outweighs any positive this company has to offer? Your work is not appreciated here and they will let you know that by directly messing with your compensation.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sell the company and remove the c-suite
Upper management should be changed so that they do not plan out sudden lay offs in future.
Stop putting unqualified people in roles in senior leadership.
The executive does not communicate well.
Leadership clique needs to be replaced.
