The company is a great place to work! I do not hate going to work every morning.There are other areas of the company that struggle to do their jobs as executives will not allow for more hiring of "non-revenue" positions., although those dept. seem like the need help

There is no clear communication between the executives and the leadership members, and that affects everyone in the office. Certain members of leadership actively work to discredit other leadership members.

The COO personally took time to interview me for a position at Billshark. He made the interview process easy and fun, which ultimately made me want to accept my job offer.

My particular manager, always does her best to make sure that we enjoy being at work! Even if the rest of the work place does not feel the same way. Thats really it.

Where they do not provide benefits, they make up in free food/drinks. They give us 1 week of paid time off and 1 week of sick time (thats required by the state). The executives expect mountains to be made by people on the bottom of the totem pole and expect hills out of the people who make the most.
