The company is a great place to work! I do not hate going to work every morning.There are other areas of the company that struggle to do their jobs as executives will not allow for more hiring of "non-revenue" positions., although those dept. seem like the need help

Where they do not provide benefits, they make up in free food/drinks. They give us 1 week of paid time off and 1 week of sick time (thats required by the state). The executives expect mountains to be made by people on the bottom of the totem pole and expect hills out of the people who make the most.

They had meetings where they would recognize us, and those were the best meetings. Most of them had to do with how we did none of them had to do on how the company did or the progress of the company everything was very secretive.

There is no clear communication between the executives and the leadership members, and that affects everyone in the office. Certain members of leadership actively work to discredit other leadership members.
