What makes you most happy at work?I loved helping my customers and working with them and helping them safe. I loved helping them that was the best part of my job and I will miss it every day.

What are some of the best things about your team?They had meetings where they would recognize us, and those were the best meetings. Most of them had to do with how we did none of them had to do on how the company did or the progress of the company everything was very secretive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Where they do not provide benefits, they make up in free food/drinks. They give us 1 week of paid time off and 1 week of sick time (thats required by the state). The executives expect mountains to be made by people on the bottom of the totem pole and expect hills out of the people who make the most.
