My team is a tight-knit, inclusive group of individuals who genuinely care about each other and the work they do. I never have to worry about toxic comments or mean exclusion from teammates or towards other teammates. Everyone is willing to help each other or reach out in kindness.

My department usually gets the brunt of a disappointed, upset customer whether it was our fault or not. We usually end up patching up relations when we have little to no experience with that. A lot of blame comes our way because we're the bottom of the payroll pole, but hardly any recognition.
