Mr. Daniel S. Harrison, also known as Dan, has been Vice President of Operations at Comstock Resources, Inc. since September 2017. Mr. Harrison oversee's Comstock's drilling, production and exploration activities. He has been with Comstock since 2008 and served in various engineering and operations management positions of increasing responsibility during that time. Prior to joining us, Mr. Harrison was an operations engineer at Cimarex Energy Company from 2005 to 2008. Prior to 2005 he worked in various petroleum engineering operations management positions for several independent oil and gas exploration and development companies. Mr. Harrison received a B.S. Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Louisiana State University.

Mr. Roland O. Burns has been the Chief Financial Officer of Comstock Resources Inc since 1990 and its President since May 8, 2013. Mr. Burns has been Secretary of Comstock Resources Inc. since 1991. He served as Senior Vice President of Comstock Resources Inc. since 1994 until May 8, 2013. Mr. Burns served as Treasurer of Comstock Resources Inc. since 1990 until May 8, 2013. He served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary of Bois d'Arc Energy LLC since July 2004 and served as a Principal Accounting Officer. From 1982 to 1989, Mr. Burns was employed by the public accounting firm, Arthur Andersen LLP. During his tenure with Arthur Andersen, he worked primarily in its oil and gas audit practice. He has been a Director of Comstock Resources Inc. since 1999. He served as Director of Bois d'Arc Energy LLC since May 2005. Mr. Burns received B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Mississippi in 1982 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. D. Dale Gillette has been Vice President of Legal at Comstock Resources Inc. since November 19, 2014 and has been its General Counsel since September 2006. Mr. Gillette served as the Vice President of Land at Comstock Resources Inc. from July 15, 2006 to November 19, 2014. Prior to joining Comstock Resources Inc., Mr. Gillette practiced law extensively in the energy sector for 32 years, as a Partner with Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP and before that with Locke Liddell & Sapp LLP. During that time, he represented independent exploration and production companies and large financial institutions in numerous oil and gas transactions. He has also served as Corporate Counsel in The Legal Department of Mesa Petroleum Co., and in the Legal Department of Enserch Corp. He serves as a Member of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Gillette holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Texas.
