Honestly the people that I work with, those smiling faces that truly care about every thing, and everyone that works here. And the fact that we are feeding america, and we all strive to produce the best quality products out there.

My team accepts responsibilities and we work together to split work evenly, so we can accomplish things accordingly. My team is filled with very intelligent individuals that are all very willing to do anything and help every single person that works here at Deli Star.

The ability to have access to PTO time from day one. Although I don't usually have to use it, being a mother it is nice to have the option there just in case one of my children get sick and I would have to stay home.

When you walk through the doors of Deli Star you can literally feel the positivism within the work place, everyone is so friendly and very considerate of others. If a department needs a helping hand, you will notice that others are very willing to jump in and lend that helping hand.
