Mr. Patrick Stakenas has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Selectica, Inc. since June 3, 2015 and served as its Chief Strategy Officer sinceJanuary 6, 2014. Mr. Stakenas was a Co-Founder of ForceLogix Technologies Inc. (a/k/a Forcelogix, LLC). Mr. Stakenas served as Chief Executive Officer and President of ForceLogix Technologies until November 9, 2010. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Houlihan Capital LLC. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Courtland Capital Corp. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Courtland Capital Inc. until November 9, 2010. He has over 20 years of industry executive and entrepreneurial experience. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at CC Information Services, FileNet, Inc., and OpenText Corporation. He also started the US Operations for an international CRM company, where he successfully grew annual revenue to $14 million within 18 months which led to a successful acquisition. He served as a Senior Executive at CCC Information Services and worked in senior leadership roles at OpenText and FileNet (IBM). Mr. Stakenas served for 14 years with Moore Corporation Ltd. as Vice President and also served various sales management and executive roles, where he created the foundation for what is ForceLogix' industry leading Sales Force Optimizer suite of solutions. He has been a Director of Selectica, Inc. since June 3, 2015. He served as a Director of ForceLogix Technologies Inc., since December 16, 2009. He served as a Director of Courtland Capital Corp. He served as a Director of Courtland Capital Inc. since December 16, 2009. He is a frequent guest lecturer on sales performance management, customer relationship management and the importance of creating customer-centric organizations. Mr. Stakenas holds a B.S. Business Administration and Marketing from Ferris State University and holds an Executive Management Certificate, Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business.

Mr. Jeffrey Grosman, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Operating Officer at Selectica, Inc. since August 2013. Mr. Grosman served as the Chief Operating Officer of Federated Sports + Gaming, Inc. He served as Chief Marketing Officer at TwinSpires, Inc since October 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Network Solutions. He served as Chief Marketing Officer at Youbet.com Inc. since October 2008. He has over two decades of experience in marketing, management, branding and operations across a wide spectrum of enterprise and consumer oriented businesses. He was responsible for online and offline advertising, branding strategy and driving its product marketing initiatives. He instituted marked enhancements in Customer Service, Product Management & Marketing and Marketing Analytics, supplying interactive content and tools that better enabled customers. He served over eleven years with MCI Communications Consumer Markets, where he was responsible for directing the brand and marketing strategy and product operations for several highly successful consumer lines of business. Key among these included the management of the market-leading 1-800-COLLECT brand and the creation and launch of a new strategic partner marketing business unit. Mr. Grosman received his MBA from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University with a concentration in Marketing and Management and earned his undergraduate degree with a double major in Computer Science and Sociology from Rutgers College at Rutgers University.

Mr. John K. Nolan has been Chief Financial Officer of Selectica, Inc. since October 7, 2015. Mr. Nolan served as the President of Quadel Consulting Corporation since March 2013 until September 30, 2015. Mr. Nolan served as Chief Operating Officer of Quadel Consulting Corporation since 2011 and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 1, 2008. Mr. Nolan was responsible for finance, human resources, contracting and operations. He served as Vice President of Quadel Consulting Corporation. He joined Quadel Consulting Corporation in early 2006. Mr. Nolan held various senior management positions with MCI Inc. including Vice President of Corporate Finance for MCI Communications Inc. and Vice President of Corporate Finance for the MCI Group, a separately traded tracking stock. He was responsible for planning, segment reporting and profitability modeling for the $21 billion company and led MCI's restructuring efforts by creating the financial plan of reorganization. During his fifteen-year tenure at MCI he also oversaw the purchase and integration of several companies and held various other accounting and finance management positions. He held cost accountant for the mainframe division positions at IBM, where he worked from 1988 to 1990. Mr. Nolan has spoken on financial leadership and cost analysis at Chief Financial Officer Magazine, Better Management Live and IDC conferences. Mr. Nolan has held finance leadership positions at public and private technology and service companies for over 20 years. At Quadel Consulting, he led the launch of a first of its kind software as a service product to help improve employee quality and performance. At MCI Communications, he also created numerous processes for measuring the customer life and value of the company's services offerings. Mr. Nolan serves on the board of So Others Might Eat, a poverty services non-profit and Imagination Stage, a performing arts organization for children, both of which are based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He also earned his CPA license in Virginia. Mr. Nolan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Tulane University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Eric Faulkner serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Determine. Eric started at Determine in August of 2013. Eric currently resides in Washington D.C. Metro Area.
