Lot of pros in working for Trilogy/Crossover. Few cons: Very tight SLAs, Lot of tribal knowledge. Less personal touch points.
I am always learning new things
Fantastic leadership, fantastic products. (such as DevFlows). I am a new contractor and it's been more than just a month including the Bootcamp. This was enough to amaze me with the greatness of the work that is done.

What's the work from home policy like at DevFactory?
Overall it depends on the team you are allotted to. The common principal is to have at least a few overlapping hours with the rest of the team and if you have external clients, then with them too. Meetings happen during that duration. Otherwise it's 40 hrs in a week. You could even do them on weekends with prior permission from your manager. A tracking software keeps track of the work and intensity and focus. Logs are generated in intervals of 10 minutes to capture what we are working on.
