I have had an incredible opportunity to learn and grow in the year and a half I have been here. Opportunities abound, if you are willing to step out of your comfort zone to look for them. Things change quickly though and you must be ready for it!

For the workload provided, I probably should be paid 2 persons worth of salary. I don't mind paying less, but workload definitely needs to be distributed more evenly to more headcounts.
