For the workload provided, I probably should be paid 2 persons worth of salary. I don't mind paying less, but workload definitely needs to be distributed more evenly to more headcounts.
Salary is nowhere near market standard. Managers also tend to implement outrageous policies that make no sense.
A more competitive salary and benefits that would provide more health security
You can rely on them... They have your back, and will support you when things get tough or when things are going well
There's a power hierarchy in the company, which makes it hard to develop collaborative spirit within teams.
Strong leadership principles - not yet fully lived by everyone, but on the way... Possible to make mistakes, learn from them and grow
Learn to ask employees what they need instead of making policies that do not benefit them.
Fully informed of next steps at all times
Be transparent to applicants so that they won't be surprise with weird rules the company has.
The possibility to write my own ticket, interact with a diverse workforce, the ability to share my previous experience to help others grow
