Mr. Bezhalel Machlis, also known as Butzi, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Elbit Systems Ltd. since April 1, 2013. Mr. Machlis served as an Executive Vice President of Elbit Systems Ltd. since April 2008 and served as its General Manager of Land & C4I Division from April 2008 to December 2012. He served as Corporate Vice President of Elbit Systems Ltd. from January 2003 to April 2008 and its General Manager of Ground C4I and Battlefield Systems since January 2003. From 2000 to December 2002, he served as Vice President of Battlefield & Information Systems at Elbit Systems and served as its General Manager of Land Systems & C4I from January 2004 to April 2008. He served as the General Manager of Elbit Systems Land and C4I - Tadiran Ltd. He joined Elbit Systems in 1991 and held various management positions in the battlefield and information systems area. Prior to that, he served as an Artillery Officer in the IDF, where he held the rank of Colonel (reserves). He serves as a Director of Elbit Systems of America, LLC. Mr. Machlis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Science from the Technion and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University. He is a graduate of Harvard University Business School's Advanced Management Program.

Mr. David Block Temin has been the Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Vice President of Elbit Systems Ltd. since January 2008 and April 2008 respectively and also has been its Senior Counsel since January 2012. Mr. Block Temin served as Corporate Vice President of Elbit Systems Ltd. from 2000 to January 2008 and also served as its General Counsel from 1996 to January 2008. He served as Legal Advisor to Elbit Ltd. from 1987 to 1996. Prior to Elbit, he was an attorney with law firms in New York City. He received a Juris Doctor degree and Master of Arts degree in international relations from Stanford University. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Maryland. Mr. Block Temin is admitted to the Israeli and New York bars.

Mr. Joseph Gaspar serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Elbit Systems Ltd. since 2001 and April 2008 respectively. Mr. Gaspar also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as a Corporate Vice President at Elbit Systems Ltd. since 2000. Mr. Gaspar served as a Corporate Vice President of Strategy, Technology and Subsidiaries from the El-Op Merger in 2000 to 2001. From 1996 until the merger, he served as a Corporate Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at El-Op Group. Mr. Gaspar joined the firm in 1975 and held several management positions, including Vice President and General Manager of El-Op's Optronics Product Division and Co-manager of an El-Op subsidiary. Mr. Yehoshua Yehuda, also known as Shuki, has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Elbit Systems Ltd. since January 01, 2016. From 2008, Mr. Yehuda served as Elisra's vice president and chief technology officer as well as general manager ??? radar solutions business unit. Prior to that, he served in a number of management positions in Elisra, which he joined in 2000. Before joining Elisra, Mr. Yehuda served as an officer in the IDF, holding command positions in the Intelligence Corps. Mr. Yehuda holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Tel-Aviv University and master of science degree in neural computation from the Hebrew University. He is a graduate of Harvard University Business School's Advanced Management Program.

Mr. Yuval Ramon has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Elbit Systems Ltd. since October 12, 2015. Mr. Ramon leads the operation teams in the various company sites in the U.S. He is responsible for day-to-day leadership and management of the sites, fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company. He is also responsible for on-time delivery of design, development and production activities. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Elbit Systems of America, LLC from January 2010 to August 2014. He served as Chief Operating Officer for Elbit Systems of America??? - Merrimack Operations from 2007 to 2009. He joined Elbit Systems in 1994 and joined Elbit Systems of America??? in 1998 as sales and contract manager. Throughout his career, he has held various management and leadership roles, first at Elbit Systems and then at Elbit Systems of America???'s Fort Worth and Merrimack Operations. He has played and continues to play a crucial role in the support of proposals and program efforts, maintaining profitability and sound business decision-making processes. Mr. Ramon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management and economics from the Technion University, Haifa Israel.

Mr. Jonathan Ariel has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Elbit Systems Ltd., since January 2012. Mr. Ariel served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Elbit Systems Ltd. since 2008. He joined Elbit Systems in 1996 and has held several positions within the legal department, including Vice President and General Counsel of Elop. Prior to Elbit Systems, he served as a Legal Advisor both in-house and in private law firms in Israel and the U.S. Mr. Ariel is admitted to the Israeli Bar and holds an L.L.B degree in law from Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Yehuda Vered, also known as Udi, has been an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Land & C4I Division at Elbit Systems Ltd. since January 1, 2013. Mr. Vered has been an Executive Vice President of Service Solutions at Elbit Systems Ltd. since August 2009. He has been Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Contracts for the Land and C4I ' Tadiran Division since February 2010. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Contracts and Sales of the land and C4I ' Tadiran division since 2004. He joined Elbit Systems in 2003 as Vice President for contracts and sales and Chief Financial Officer ' ground, C4I and battlefield systems. Previously, he served fro 24 years as an Aircrew Officer in the IAF, where he holds the rank of colonel (reserves). He serves as a Director of Chip PC Ltd. Mr. Vered holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Economics from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA degree from Ben Gurion University and is a graduate of the Harvard University Business School's Advanced Management Program.

Mr. Raanan I. Horowitz has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Elbit Systems of America, LLC (ESA), a subsidiary of Elbit Systems Ltd. since October 2007. Mr. Horowitz serves as Consultant on the U.S. Army Science Board. He joined the Elbit Group in 1989. From 1991 to 2001, he held various management positions with EFW and other U.S. subsidiaries. From 1989 to 1991, he served as a Senior Program Manager of Elbit Ltd. From 2001 to 2007, he served as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of EFW Inc. (EFW), an Elbit Systems of America company. He was involved in managing the provision of mission critical systems to various defense platforms and programs for the U.S. armed forces. He served an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of EFW and served as its Vice President of Operations and Vice President of the Ground Systems Business Unit. He serves as a Director of Elbit Systems Of America LLC. He serves as a member of the national board of directors of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He serves as a Member of Board of Governors at Aerospace Industries Association. He holds an MBA from the Seidman School of Business of Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. Mr. Horowitz holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Zeev Gofer has been an Executive Vice President of Strategic & Business Development for North America at Elbit Systems Ltd. since August 2009. Mr. Gofer served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development & Marketing at Elbit Systems Ltd. from April 2008 to August 2009. He served as Corporate Vice President of Business Development and Marketing of Elbit Systems Ltd. from April 2003 to April 2008. He served as Co-General Manager of Aircraft and Helicopter Upgrades and Systems of Elbit Systems since 2000. From 1999 to 2000, he served as Vice President of the Aircraft Upgrades and Airborne Systems Division of Elbit Systems and also served as its Division Manager since 1996. He joined Elbit Ltd. in 1982 and held various management positions, including Director of EDS' Aircraft Upgrade Division, Director of a major aircraft upgrade program, Director of avionics system engineering and technical manager of the LAVI avionics program. Mr. Gofer holds bachelor and Master of science degrees in Electronic Engineering from the Technion and a master of science of management degree from the Polytechnic University of New York.
