The hiring process is very thoughtful. There is intense training to remove bias so that the company hires the best candidates possible for their role. The onboarding is impressively helpful and your first 30-60-90 days has a lot of guide and support. I love it here.

Transparency and truly lack of ego. People are humble and here to do the work that they actually care about and believe in.

Unlimited time off. I feel I can focus more on my work and less on how many days I'm allowed to "human". I also really enjoy the bonus and referral plan.

Being in "work mode". Less meetings and more putting my head down and churning away at my work. I genuinely value my "tunnel vision" time because getting work done feels most rewarding rather than lots of talking and face time.

I feel seen and heard. It's pretty rare in my experience in my profession. I think what helps drives success in my work when I look at leadership is that they truly believe in our mission and core values. If that wasn't the case, I would be less motivated in my work.
