Overall great happy i made the jump to work with this company and see what my future looks like.
My overall experience has been very positive, and I have been able to grow with the company.
My overall experience has been extremely positive and I am proud to be part of the team.
I really enjoy working at Emser but it is not for everyone. There is a significant lack of structure that some people absolutely thrive in and others drown in. If you are not a "figure it out and find a way to get it done" type person, Emser is going to be a very tough place for you.
It's been a great experience.
