Our benefits package is not competitive with the current market today. Our PTO policy specifically, is outdated and is not reflective of what the market wants today.

A more competitive base salary with better benefits would help. I don't feel undervalued, but I do feel overrides and overtime or relied too heavily on to achieve competitive compensation levels at the branch level.

There is a lot of laziness that goes on. Some comments can also be made that should be kept to one's self. Communication is key and nobody communicates to the person they're having the issue with, always about them behind their back. Some confrontation from employees as well as management is needed.

Branch is understaffed and affects daily procedures.

The days are long and stressful- being fulled staffed would lessen the workload. Also, having salesreps take accountability and be proactive with their accounts would reduce the stress for the branch and accounts. Lastly, more proactive inventory planning would be awesome!

Supply and Demand is making my job and relationships a struggle along with lack of support from some branch support. Branch has been understaffed since Day 1
