I liked being able to meet/interview with a large cross section of the company - including the partners. The process is long and there are several rounds, but at the end, both sides learn a lot about each other. I felt very clear on what the company, job, and team would be like before starting.
They didn't ask any crazy questions. Every question was focused on whether you had the skills and temperament to do the job.

It was very thorough. It encouraged me knowing that the company takes very seriously the people they hire because it showed me that I would be working alongside talented and hardworking people. I also loved that they wanted me to meet the branch team before i was hired to get their approval
