Ms. Heidi Wong has been Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at Erin Energy Corporation since September 2013 and since May 31, 2016 respectively. Ms. Wong served as Senior Vice President at Erin Energy Corporation since September 2013. Ms. Wong served as China Managing Director of Erin Energy Corporation and served as its Managing Director since February 7, 2011. She provided critical support for new and existing business development projects by working in close partnership with government organizations, public community and other interest groups to influence policy at national, provincial and local levels. She served as General Manager of Business Development, Government Relations and Commercial Affairs at Erin Energy Corporation from October 2008 to February 2011. She originally joined Erin Energy in 2008 and served in various roles, including Vice President of Business Planning and Strategy. As Vice President of all China operations, she managed all aspects of in-country business development and government relations. She has more than two decades of experience in business development, government liaison and commercial affairs in the Chinese energy market with Texaco and Chevron. Ms. Wong has served various key positions with Texaco during her 13 years of tenure. She served as the Director of Marketing and Government Affairs for Texaco China and General Representative of Texaco in Beijing. Ms. Wong served as Vice President of Business Development and External Affairs for ChevronTexaco China Energy Co. She provided critical management expertise on the development of many profitable oil and gas exploration and production business opportunities for ChevronTexaco China Energy Co. Ms. Wong served as General Manager of Commercial and Government Affairs at Australia-based Sino Gas Energy Ltd. (SGE) since 2006. She served as General Manager of Business Development, Government Relations and Commercial Affairs at Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc. since September 25, 2008. She served in China in the energy sector since 1988. She is a Member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and The Society of Petroleum Engineers. Ms. Wong holds an MBA degree from Wuhan University, Beijing.

Mr. Abdul-Sabur Oladipupo Bello also known as Dippo, CPA has been Principal Financial & Principal Accounting Officer at Erin Energy Corporation since June 30, 2017. Mr. Bello serves as Vice President of Financial Planning and Treasurer at Erin Energy Corporation.
