    The teams are small, each have their own culture. They like to think that they are innovative and build MVPs (buzz word) while being Agile. But the truth is that it's more like WaterGile. Very corporate and quite frugal. Getting things done is really important. Definitely product oriented rather than design oriented.

  • Depends if you work on .com or not, and the department/team. The culture is that you could talk to anybody regardless of their position. Usually people are friendly, you can also feel the tension / stress in the air. My team is great, very friendly. I don't feel that people really connect and meet outside work, the relationship stays very professional.
