Change in mid-senior to senior level management to move forward with the era we are in on the human side.

College-boy mentality is hard to change. Most important is focus strength from Joes leadership into the digital world where ESPN has fallen short and made bad deal. Inefficiencies created by inexperienced managers create budget gaps that hurt employees and projects at all levels.
