Mr. Craig M. Dwight has been Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Bancorp and Horizon Bank since July 2001 and has been its Chairman since January 2003. Mr. Dwight has been a Director Horizon Bancorp and Horizon Bank since 1998. He has thirty-five years of banking experience, including experience as a Senior Commercial Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Human Relations Director, Senior Credit Officer and Chief Executive Officer. He has a business degree with a concentration in accounting.

Mr. Thomas H. Edwards, also known as Tom, served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Horizon Bank from December 17, 2002 to December 31, 2017 and an Executive Vice President of Horizon Bancorp from May 17, 1999 to December 31, 2017. Mr. Edwards served as an Executive of Loan Management Services, Crowe, Chizek and Company, LLP. He served as the Chairman and President of Union Bank. He served as Senior Lender of Horizon Bancorp and Bank. He served as a Director at First Chicago Bancorp. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

Mr. Mark E. Secor has been Chief Financial Officer at Horizon Bank and Horizon Bancorp since January 2009 and has been Executive Vice President at Horizon Bank and Horizon Bancorp since January 2014. Mr. Secor started his employment with Horizon Bancorp in June 2007. Prior to joining Horizon, Mr. Secor served as Chief Financial Officer atSt. Joseph Capital Corporation in Mishawaka, Indiana and worked at Crowe Horwath LLP. Mr. Secor graduated from William Penn University, Oskaloosa, Iowa with Bachelors of Arts Degrees in Business Management and Accounting, where he received the Top Student Academic Achievement Award. Mr. Secor is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Member of the Financial Managers Society, a church Board Member and a Board Member of the Hubbard Hill Estates Retirement Community.

Mr. James D. Neff, also known as Jim, has been the President of Horizon Bancorp and Horizon Bank since January 1, 2018. He is a Director of Horizon Bank since January 1, 2018. He served Horizon Bank (???Bank???) as the Executive Vice President of Consumer and Mortgage Banking, a role he assumed in January 2004. Prior to that position, Mr. Neff was the Senior Vice President of Bank from October 1999 to January 2004. Mr. Neff also served as the Corporate Secretary of Horizon Bancorp (???Bancorp???) from 2007 until 2017. His banking career and experience spans over 40 years, beginning in 1978. Mr. Neff graduated from Purdue University North Central with a degree in liberal arts and business administration.

Ms. Kathie A. Deruiter has been an Executive Vice President and Senior Operations Officer of Horizon Bancorp and its subsidiary Horizon Bank, N.A. since January 01, 2014 and January 01, 2000 respectively. Ms. Deruiter served as Vice President at Horizon Bancorp from January 01, 2000 to January 2003.

Ms. Rachel Saxon has been President of Horizon Trust & Investment Management and Senior Trust Officer at Horizon Bancorp since May 1988. Ms. Saxon received a B.S. in Management from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Valpo in 2005.

Mr. Michael J. Lamping Sr. has been Market President of Central Ohio at Horizon Bancorp since May 4, 2017. Mr. Lamping's initial responsibility is to open the office and recruit a seasoned banking team. He has over 35 years of banking industry experience as both a CPA in public practice and as the President of four community banks. He served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of The Citizens Bank of Ashville, Ohio.

Mr. Joe Walter has been the Market President of LaGrange County Indiana of Horizon Bank, N.A. since September 2015. Mr. Walter has extensive experience in family agribusiness and maintains an active roleas Senior Agricultural Lending Officer who works closely with his offices always looking for opportunities to grow local business. He is managing LaGrange County's Howe, LaGrange, and Topeka offices. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Agricultural Finance.

Mr. Daniel R. Buresh has been Assistant Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Treasurer of Horizon Bancorp (in) since June 14, 2005 and serves as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Horizon Bank, N.A., a subsidiary of Horizon Bancorp (in) since 1999.
