Mr. Charles F. Harkins, Jr. serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Hudson Technologies Inc. Mr. Harkins served as Vice President of Sales at Hudson Technologies, Inc. since December 2003. He served as a Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Refrigerant Product Services ('RPS') for Hudson Technologies from October 2000 to December 2003. He has served in a variety of capacities since joining in October 1992. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Harkins served in the U.S. Army for 13 years attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. Mr. Harkins is a graduate of the U.S. Army Engineer School and the U.S. Army Chemical School.

Mr. Coleman served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hudson from May 1997 to December 31, 2002. He was a Partner at BDO Seidman, LLP, Hudson Technologies Inc.'s independent auditors since July 1995, where he served form June 1987 to May 1997. He has been a Director at Hudson Technologies Inc. since December 2007.
