Generally good, with a few glaring areas of improvement. One would be structured career development and advancement. Another would be a much clearer company-wide set of goals we're all aware of and pushing towards, apart from just "Sales metrics up and to the right!"

A genuine, caring attitude is an overarching attribute at the company. No one is accusatory or angry that I'm aware of.

They are personable and definitely non-threatening. Not in any way your typical "Silicon Valley" crew. Family oriented and exhibiting compassion and empathy.

An ability to plan out work largely at my own pace, apart from the typical interrupt driven work of emergencies, which happens anywhere.

My team is both highly skilled, but also willing to listen and learn. We all have genuine interest in seeing not just our team and company grow, but are invested in our field outside of the specific jobs, so we seek general professional excellence.

We haven't had any official discussions about pay raises. It's more like "You get what you asked for for the rest of your life." No known means of additional equity. No bonuses (not terribly atypical for a VC funded startup, I suppose). 401k matching would be nice.
