Ms. Patricia R. Hume, also known as Pat, has been Chief Commercial Officer at iPass Inc. since February 23, 2015 and is responsible for all customer-facing activities. Ms. Hume has 35 years of experience in the high technology industry and leading global sales and marketing teams for IBM, Avaya, SAP and Convio. She served as Senior Vice President of SAP Indirect Channel Organization of SAP AG since January 2008. She served as President of Trapit, Inc. She was responsible for sales, marketing, business development and customer success. She served as the Chief Revenue Officer of Visier, Inc. She served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Convio, Inc. since August 2011. Ms. Hume served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at GFI Software LTD. since February 2011. Ms. Hume served as Head of SME Indirect Channels Globally at SAP SE (alternative name SAP AG). She served as the Global Vice President of Sales & Business Development of InterNoded, Inc. Ms. Hume served as Vice President of Channel Sales of EMEA of Avaya Inc. since November 14, 2006 and also served as its Global Vice President of Small Business Market Segment. Ms. Hume was responsible for the strengthening of the channel partnerships of Avaya in EMEA. She was also responsible for all marketing, sales, service and operations for Avaya's Small and Medium Business market segment at Avaya Inc. She served as Global Vice President of Small and Medium Business Solutions of Avaya Inc. until November 14, 2006. She served as Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development for Avaya Inc. She joined Avaya in 2004, Ms. Hume served as Senior Vice President of channel sales and General Manager of the Asia and Pacific market at Critical Path, Inc. She served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of VerticalNet Inc. She also served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of VerticalNet's Microsoft relationship. Prior to VerticalNet, She served 20 years at IBM. During her career with IBM, she served numerous management and senior management positions in the areas of finance, development, marketing and sales, including Worldwide Vice President of the Lotus Development Corporation's (a division of IBM) business partner and strategic alliances sales and marketing organization. Ms. Hume served as the General Manager of messaging and collaboration, at Lotus, where she was responsible for developing and executing Lotus's messaging business strategy. At IBM, she served as the global alliance executive responsible for all Lotus strategic partnerships. She served as Director of InterNoded, Inc. She also served as a Director of the IBM/Lotus merger. She serves as a Member of Board of Advisor of InterNoded, Inc. Ms. Hume is a Graduate of the University of Scranton with a BS in Economics.

Mr. Darin R. Vickery has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of iPass Inc. since June 1, 2015 and has been its Vice President since August 2012. Mr. Vickery served as Principal Financial Officer of iPass until July 1, 2013 and its Controller from August 2012 to June 1, 2015. From August 2010 to August 2012, he served as iPass' Director of Accounting Operations. From September 2009 to August 2010, Mr. Vickery served as an Accounting and Auditing Consultant to iPass. From 2000 to September 2009, he served as an Independent Consultant, providing accounting, auditing and financial consulting services to a number of public companies in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, he spent ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC in its auditing and consulting practice areas. Mr. Vickery has been a certified public accountant (current status inactive) in the state of California since 1999.

Rajani Kolli serves as the Vice President of Global Cloud Operations of iPass. Rajani started at iPass in July of 2015. Rajani is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Christine Gardner serves as the VP, Finance of iPass. Christine started at iPass in June of 2015. Christine is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Christine Braelow serves as the Vice President of Sales, Americas of iPass. Christine started at iPass in July of 2015. Christine is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Darin Vickery serves as the VP and Corporate Controller of iPass. Darin started at iPass in May of 2012. Darin is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Raghu Konka serves as the Vice President of Engineering of iPass. Raghu started at iPass in March of 2017. Raghu is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
