No que os seus colegas poderiam melhorar e o que faria vocês trabalharem mais unidos?

They put themselves into positions that don't actually effect them. They are also asking for special treatments yet don't consider anyone else. Again, very much a out for myself mentality. Maybe if they opened their eyes and looked at the big picture rather than themselves as the important detail.
