I've really enjoyed working for Lynker. The company has worked very hard to engage us throughout this virtual year with activiteis such photo contests and virtual coffee in the morning. These are small gestures but they add up.

The team has always been very warm and welcoming. This has been a difficult year for all and it's nice to know I have a supportive team that I can turn to.

Lynker leadership is very involved with its employees. Since we've gone virtual, my team has a 15 minute call on the calendar every morning to check in and make sure that everyone is doing alright. It's not every company where the CEO is having morning coffee with their employees every morning.
