What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very personable and invested in supporting the employee.
Lynker leadership is very involved with its employees. Since we've gone virtual, my team has a 15 minute call on the calendar every morning to check in and make sure that everyone is doing alright. It's not every company where the CEO is having morning coffee with their employees every morning.
The leadership team is very considerate and inclusive, often promoting diversity in backgrounds and ideas.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher salary for the market.
A pay increase to value my unique skills and expertise, my work and overall contribution. Others including leadership recognize that I'm doing the work of a senior position but I?m not getting paid for it.
It is great that they pay 100% medical, dental and vision.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has always been very warm and welcoming. This has been a difficult year for all and it's nice to know I have a supportive team that I can turn to.
We communicate well and have a nice workplace environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very nice to one another, no other way to say it. Even if two people don't get along they are very professional

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was introduced to the CEO and had a one on one conversation with him. The interview process was very organized and didn't take up more time than needed to get a good feel for everyone and them for me
The interview location was very convenient, questions asked doing the interview were very relevant to the position, and timely offer letter submitted.
