They didn't fire off questions rapidly, but rather took the time to get to know me and understand my transferrable skills. They also made sure I interviewed with different departments, all the way up to the CEO.
They truly care about us as people, beyond just our work. They'll provide us with whatever we need to show up as our best selves to do our best work each day. These needs look different for each individual, and they understand that.
Aside from having great personalities (I also consider my colleagues at Mabbly to be my friends), they're all very intelligent, collaborative people who will do whatever is needed to get the job done. They care about the quality of their work as well as the needs of the other teams.
