I'm happy to have a 401(k) and commuter benefits considering our company is small. I also appreciate the little things, like the snacks and drinks in our office and access to our building's gym for free.
Unlimited PTO has been a blessing. It is an honor system, which allows the employee to not feel bad about taking the time off when needed, allowing us to properly recharge occasionally.
Compensation package (salary) is great!
Unlimited time off is encouraged to be used and respected when one is away. We're also investing in secondary education opportunities to continue improving our internal skill sets and offerings.
Unlimited time off - not that I'm going to take 1,000 vacations, but just the trust and the teamwork that allows us to feel that we can fully unplug when we designate our time off.
We have unlimited vacation and sick time.
I know that based on my experience, my position, and the city I live in that I am paid fairly.
In my opinion, the compensation salary is above the industry average which is motivating.
While the benefits are pretty standard for the industry, I do like that they Gusto– a dashboard that brings them all together in one place. You feel more empowered to leverage those benefit
Free meals and free gym
Free meals and gym, heathcare
Unlimited PTO and the health care package.
Unlimited paid time off is easily the best part of the compensation package, meaning that I can reward myself for working hard!
Unlimited PTO is a nice perk
The end of year bonus is a great add to the already competitive base salary you receive.
Unlimited time off, summer Fridays and 4-day holiday weekends.
I like that my package is fair
There is no cap on PTO
EOY bonus, participation in commuter costs. The unlimited PTO and WFH policy is also fantastic.
The company has grown a lot but benefits have remained relatively the same. Perks like office lunches and unlimited PTO are nice, but would love more longer term benefits like employer matching 401k.
