Was a Smooth, casual conversation
They didn't fire off questions rapidly, but rather took the time to get to know me and understand my transferrable skills. They also made sure I interviewed with different departments, all the way up to the CEO.
During the interview process, my skillset was talked about and important, but they wanted to get to know me as a person to ensure I would fit the company culture. That's important to go to work everyday and be eager to work alongside such great people
Flexibility and respect. I did not have enough experience when I applied, but they offered to bring me in for an information interview and shadow the team for a day, which was amazing. But they cared enough to keep in touch with me over the next year and a half as I gained experience and joined on.
I had a chance to tlak to many people which gave me an understanding of what the company looks like.
It was extremely quick. There usually isn't a lot of down time between interviews or waiting to hear responses. We cut through the red tape many bigger shops have to work through and are able to get people through the process quickly and efficiently.
It was extremely fast! And I got to meet a variety of people, both on my team and off, to get a feel for the culture and just get to know the people I'd be spending lots of time with.
Everyone was very friendly and approachable, and really passionate about their jobs. However, you can sense that the Mabbly standards are very high, and they're protective of who they bring on board to not impact the working dynamic.
I really got a feel for the company as a whole because I got the chance to talk to multiple folks in different roles at the company.
I met a lot of different people on the team, and had an in person coffee meeting with a few of my team members. It was very casual, and it felt like I already knew them.
Each interviewer seemed very passionate about Mabbly and that passion is contagious. The questions were not overly technical; they gave me the chance to walk through my journey.
It was well through out
I enjoyed the questions and thoroughness regarding my role.
The chance to speak to peers to understand if Mabbly would be a good fit for me.
I met members of the leadership team after first talking with HR. To end the interview process, the CEO took me to coffee and we chatted about pretty much everything but work. It was a great final look into Mabbly and ultimately sold me on the company.
I appreciated that I got to meet with multiple people so I really understood the culture and got to learn more about the company as a whole.
Those that interviewed me wanted to not only learn about my skillset but were interested in learning if I was a good fit for the team. Lior was interested in knowing who I was personally and that really resonated with me.
Not to sound like a broken record, but the warmth and kindness of everyone I met with
They treated me like an equal the whole time
Every interviewer treated me as an equal
It took awhile and was a little tedious.
