Mr. Guy Bernstein serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Formula & Magic and Chairman of Sapiens & Matrix at Asseco Poland Sp???lka Akcyjna. Mr. Bernstein has been the Chief Executive Officer of Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. since January 22, 2008. Mr. Bernstein has been the Chief Executive Officer at Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. since April 2010. He served as an Acting Chief Executive Officer of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd., a subsidiary of Formula Systems since May 2008. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Emblaze Ltd. (now B.S.D. Crown Ltd.) from April 2004 to December 2006, Chief Executive Officer from December 11, 2006 to November 24, 2010 and Executive Director from April 2004 to November 2010. He served as Vice President of Finance of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd., from November 1999 to March 30, 2004 and its Chief Financial and Operations Officer from December 2000 to March 30, 2004. He served as a Vice President of Operations at Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. since February 2002, subsidiary of Formula Systems Ltd. and also served as its Controller. Mr. Bernstein joined Magic from Kost Forer & Gabbay, a member of Ernst & Young International, where he served as Senior Manager from 1994 to 1997. He also served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Magic's subsidiaries, MSE Israel Ltd., and Coretech Consulting Group. He serves as the Chairman of Matrix IT Ltd. He has been the Chairman of Sapiens International Corporation N.V. since November 12, 2009. He served as the Chairman at Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. from April 2008 to April 2010. He served as the Chairman of Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. until December 2008. Mr. Bernstein has been a Director of Sapiens International Corporation N.V. since January 1, 2007; Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. since January 2007 and Matrix IT Ltd. since January 11, 2007. He serves as a Non Executive Director of Zone-IP Ltd. He served as a Non Executive Director at Emblaze Ltd. from November 24, 2010 to February 2011. He served as a Director of Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. from November 2006 to December 2008 and BluePhoenix Solutions Ltd. (now ModSys International Ltd.) from December 27, 2006 to June 2007. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. Mr. Bernstein holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Asaf Berenstin has been the Chief Financial Officer of Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. since November 2011 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Berenstin has been the Chief Financial Officer of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. since April 2010. Mr. Berenstin served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer at Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. He served as Corporate Controller of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. since August 2008. He served as an Assistant Controller of Gilat Satellite Networks, Ltd., since July 2007. From October 2003 to July 2008, he was a Certified Public Accountant at Kesselman & Kesselman, a member of PriceWaterhouseCooper. Mr. Berenstin is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Israel. He holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics and an MBA Degree, both from Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Udi Ertel has been the President of Software Solutions Division at Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. since 2013 and served as its President. Mr. Ertel served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. Mr. Ertel served as the Vice President of Sales & Distribution at Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. since January 2011. Mr. Ertel was responsible for sales and business activities in South Africa, Hungary and distribution in the Asia Pacific region, East Europe and the Mediterranean basin. He served as a Vice President of Magic Global Services Distribution & Operations in Asia Pacific region, East Europe, South Africa and the Middle East at Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. since January 2009. From July 2004 to December 2008, Mr. Ertel served as the Chief Executive Officer of Magic Israel. He joined Magic Software Enterprises in 2004. From June 1995 to July 2004, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Complot (83) Ltd. Mr. Ertel holds a B.Sc. degree in mathematics and computer science and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Arik Faingold has been the President of Integration Solutions Division at Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. since January 2012. Mr. Faingold has been the Chairman and President at CommIT Technology Solutions Ltd. (alternate name Comm-IT Company) since 2009. A seasoned entrepreneur and top executive with vast experience in the media and enterprise space, Mr. Faingold held leading positions in both the technology and business arenas. He served as a General Manager of OpenTV Israel from 2003 to 2009. He was Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of BettingCorp. He serves as a director and advisory board member to several Hi-Tech companies. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Lori McCartin serves as the Vice President, Alliance Business Solutions of Magic Software Enterprises. Lori started at Magic Software Enterprises in January of 2018. Lori currently resides in Orange County, California Area.
